• Short or long term storage is available for out-of-season garments.

We are professional, reliable and thorough.  We make sure to carefully list & itemize each item we receive before cleaning; we include the manufacturing information, the size & type of fabric and are careful to make note of all pre-existing conditions.  Our listing process gives us full inventory control and ensure that ALL of your items are returned to you.  We work closely with the insurance company and will provide a full itemized quote for approval prior to cleaning.  We also work with the insured to identify outdated garments or items that are priority. 

As a result, we understand and anticipate the needs of both the Insured and the Insurance Company and strive towards completing a job well above expectation.  We handle your heirloom pieces with the utmost care, ensuring they are returned to you in pristine condition.  Wagner’s also specializes in delicate and exotic fabric – including silks and Indian fabric.   We offer rush service to help get your house feeling like a home again as quickly as possible.  We can deliver right to your home and will even re-install your window coverings.  We provide a full list of all items that could not be restored, and reasons for rejecting the items are provided.
